Check Sugar (Glucose) in blood with the aid of microwave radiation on the skin instead of Acupuncture.
Scientists have invented a device to know the amount of glucose in the blood, which works with the aid of microwave radiation on the skin instead of Acupuncture.
So far, diabetics need to know the amount of blood glucose several times a day or have to use the blood glucose monitors.
This new tool developed by the School of Engineering at Cardiff University. This tool can the patient put on your skin.
Professor Adrianne porch that should be taken is the traditional way to measure blood glucose in the blood volume. Not so in our tool. "
Prof. Porch that this tool can be found on the wing with any adhesive entity or body. This device will run over and not even any chemistry.
He said,,That the information obtained from this device will be stored on a computer or mobile application.
Prof. Porch that though for some people it would be strange that the tool body is made to emit rays microwave view but it is absolutely safe.
This device emitted microwave radiation but are very low. He would not have the status of these rays, which are used for cooking in homes, Think of a mobile device is a thousand times less than the radiation comes out.
Professor Stephen Lozi of Swansea University College of Medicine has clinical experience with the device.
He says, "Patients are quite interested. Diabetes is the biggest problem that the amount of glucose that is interested in this tool and so people do not want Acupuncture finger.
It is a disease, while 35 million people in the UK zybyts half a million more people who are not known to pose the disease.
Type one diabetes is six times the daily minimum 10% of patients to evaluate the amount of glucose in your blood.
Cardiff University This project began in 2008 and the project is funded by the Wellcome Trust million pounds so far.
Scientists say the team needs five years to come to market this device.
